2. Booking Process
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- Your reservation has been accepted,
- Payment has been successfully completed (where applicable),
- A confirmation email has been issued,
- A booking voucher has been sent.
Submitting a booking request alone does not guarantee availability.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are:

Prices may change without prior notice before a reservation is confirmed.
Confirmed bookings are not affected by later price changes.
4. Payment

Aegean Shore Excursions does not store customers' credit card details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking information immediately after receiving confirmation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Arrive at the meeting point on time
- Carry valid identification when required
- Inform us of medical conditions affecting participation
- Follow the instructions of guides and drivers
- Respect local laws and customs
Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund.
7. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

8. Cruise Passenger Responsibility
Cruise passengers must ensure that:
- Tour timing matches their cruise schedule.
- They return to the port before the ship's departure.
- They provide accurate ship arrival and departure information.
While every effort is made to coordinate tour schedules, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Cruise line schedule changes
- Immigration procedures
- Port authority restrictions
- Severe traffic conditions
- Force majeure events
9. Tour Changes
We reserve the right to modify:
- Itineraries
- Pickup times
- Vehicle type
- Tour order
- Meeting locations
Such changes may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational requirements
- Local authority instructions
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Cancellation by Customer
Customer cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Applicable refund amounts depend on the cancellation timing and the specific tour booked.
11. Cancellation by Aegean Shore Excursions
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:
- Insufficient participants
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Technical problems
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure
- Supplier issues
Where possible, customers will be offered:
- Alternative dates,
- Alternative tours,
- Full or partial refund, depending on circumstances.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Floods
- Fires
- Epidemics
- Pandemics

- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Government actions
- Port closures
- Transportation disruptions

13. Health & Safety
Some tours involve physical activity.
Customers participate at their own risk.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are physically fit for the selected activity.
Pregnant travelers or individuals with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before participating.
14. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Personal accidents
- Lost luggage

15. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased service.

During tours, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

- Design
is the property of Aegean Shore Excursions unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
18. Website Availability

19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
